Prices:

Note: Christmas, Sylvester and schoolholidays (outside high-season) are ranked as mid-season.
Services
The rental prices are including:
- gas, water, energy
- internet
- cleaning (once a week)
- change of towels and bed-coverings (once a week) (please take your own sheets for the beach)
- end cleaning
- maintenance swimming pool
Payment
30% of the rental has to be be paid within 10 days after confirmation of the booking to the account 313081727 of the RABO Bank in Ulvenhout, on the name of R.J.A. Koster
The remaining 70% has to be paid ultimately 1 month before the start of the rental period.
In case the booking is made within 1 month of of the rental period, the full sum has to be paid along with the confirmation of the booking.
Changes & cancellations
Changing or cancelling by the renter of a formal booking is only possible under following conditions:
- Changes in mutual understanding
- Cancellations under following conditions:
- Cancellation more then 2 months before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental sum is due.
- Cancellation between 2 and 1 months before start of the rental period:
25% of the rental sum is due. - Cancellation between 1 month and 1 week before start of the rental period:
50% of the rental sum is due. - Cancellation within 1 week before the start of the rental period:
100% of the rental sum is due.
Note: Pets are not allowed in the Villa.
Liability:
Damage to the villa created during your stay will be charged to the renter.
The lessor is not accountable for theft, damage, injuries and/or accidents during your stay in the Villa, unless caused due to gross negligence of the lessor.
Reservations
After you have signed and returned your reservation form, your booking is definit. After your reservation you will receive a confirmation.
Through your booking, reservation and payment of the rental sum you agree on the conditions above.
Arrival
At the day of arrival you can report yourself at the clubhouse of Castro Marim Golf Resort, where you receive the keys of the Villa. During your stay the people in the Clubhouse can help you in case of questions of any kind.
